YWAM -Esiah's Mission Journey

My story...

Hello, my name is Esiah Rosario. I am 19 years old and have been lost for a long time. Pursuing things out of God's will because I was believing the lies the devil was telling me. For a very long time, I have struggled with self-worth, self-appreciation and loving myself as an individual. But God calls us as individuals not to dwell nor stress or worry. As said best in 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all of our cares, for he careth for you.” Through faith, love and trust he will always have our backs. Believe me when I say He loves us unconditionally and wants a personal relationship with us. No matter who we are! This revelation of God's unconditional love finally hit home and made me realize that God’s plan for the future is so much greater than what I could ever comprehend.
For such a big part of my life, I continuously pushed God away, thinking that I wasn't worth his time. I soon found out that was nowhere near the truth. The point of sharing all of this with you is to proclaim I'm no longer hiding from my destiny. I'm going to do my best to go as far as Christ did with sharing His word, sharing His peace and His love in everything I do.
I'm going to be joining a missionary training school called Ywam. The first three months will consist of discipleship training known as DTS and the second half of the year I will be going out to evangelize to foreign countries. Unfortunately, this journey comes with a cost. The financial cost for the DTS portion of the trip will be a total of $4000 and the outreach portion will cost a total of $6000.
Considering all that, I am coming forward to the church asking for your prayers and petitions as I leave the comfort of home and family and face the trials of being in an unfamiliar places throughout the next 10 months.
I also ask that you would consider supporting me financially, but I don't want anyone to feel pressured to give to me, as it says in 2 Corinthians 9:7, “Each one should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” This verse is prompting us to give cheerfully, not to just give because that is what others are doing. So I urge you, if you do not have funds to give, please do not feel obligated to give. God's plan has a way of working itself out! All I ask, above anything else, is to keep me in your prayers! I will be doing my best to share small vlogs, videos, and pictures on facebook as I grow to know Christ closer and more personally.
I want to thank everyone again for taking the time to read this and for all of the prayers that have been said over my life. Without all of my friends, family, and the help of my community, I wouldn't be who I am today. Thank you everyone, peace and love to all.

Keep up with Esiah
